1. What your purchase includes
One USD 19 purchase includes the independent Arabic RTL and English LTR editions, their editable source, documentation and local demonstration assets. Both editions share one license; they are not two separate project licenses.

2. Permitted use
After a valid purchase, you may use and modify the original HaneenWeb materials in ONE end project: one website, application or internal administration system, for yourself, your business or one client. The project may be personal or commercial, including a service with paid access. Both languages, domains serving the same project, development, testing and production copies are covered. There is no per-user or per-developer fee for that project.

3. Working with a client or team
You may share source privately with team members or contractors who work on the licensed project and are bound by these restrictions. You may hand over the completed project and its necessary source to one client. The license then remains with that project; you may not reuse it in another independent project. Purchase another license for each additional project.

4. Customization and branding
You may change colors, layout, text, components and visible branding. A public Haneen Web credit is not required. Keep this license and applicable third-party notices in source copies supplied to your team or client. Rights in the original materials remain with their respective holders; a purchase is not a transfer of ownership of the template.

5. Prohibited redistribution
Do not resell, give away, publicly upload, sublicense or distribute the template or a substantially equivalent template/component kit, whether modified or unchanged. Do not use it as stock inventory in a competing template marketplace or a builder that lets customers extract the reusable template. Public delivery of browser assets necessary to run your licensed end project is permitted. Your own independent work is not subject to these redistribution restrictions.

6. What is not included
This is an HTML/CSS/JavaScript interface template with local demonstrations. It does not provide a production backend, real authentication, payment processing, email delivery, enforceable permissions or hosted storage. Installation, custom development, integrations and guaranteed response times are not included. Contact Haneen Web through Codlixa for product-file issues. No subscription, hosting service, unlimited future updates or compatibility with every browser or framework is promised. Use of the purchased release does not expire while you comply with this license.

7. Third-party materials and mandatory rights
Bundled fonts retain their separate SIL Open Font Licenses in docs/licenses and source/src/assets/fonts/*-OFL.txt. Those licenses control the fonts; this license does not restrict rights they independently grant. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights and the store's published purchase/refund terms remain unaffected. No term excludes a legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Record and compliance
Keep your order confirmation as proof of license. If you discover unlicensed redistribution or use beyond the licensed project, stop that use and contact Haneen Web to resolve it. Further projects require a separate license. These terms apply to HaneenWeb; they do not change the separate Haneen Orbit free-template license.

1. محتوى الشراء
شراء واحد بقيمة 19 دولارًا يشمل النسخة العربية RTL والإنجليزية LTR المستقلتين، والمصدر القابل للتعديل والشرح وملفات التجربة. تشترك اللغتان في ترخيص مشروع واحد؛ ولا تمنحان ترخيصين لمشروعين مختلفين.

2. الاستخدام المسموح
بعد الشراء الصحيح، يمكنك استخدام مواد HaneenWeb الأصلية وتعديلها في مشروع نهائي واحد: موقع أو تطبيق أو نظام إدارة داخلي، لك أو لمؤسستك أو لعميل واحد. يجوز أن يكون المشروع شخصيًا أو تجاريًا، بما فيه خدمة باشتراك مدفوع. يشمل الترخيص اللغتين والنطاقات التي تخدم المشروع نفسه ونسخ التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج. لا توجد رسوم لكل مستخدم أو لكل مطوّر يعمل على ذلك المشروع.

3. الفريق والعميل
يمكن مشاركة المصدر بشكل خاص مع فريقك والمتعاقدين العاملين على المشروع، بشرط التزامهم بهذه القيود. يمكن تسليم المشروع النهائي والمصدر اللازم لتشغيله لعميل واحد، ويبقى الترخيص مرتبطًا بذلك المشروع. لا يجوز إعادة استخدامه لمشروع مستقل آخر؛ يلزم ترخيص إضافي لكل مشروع جديد.

4. التخصيص والهوية
يمكن تعديل الألوان والتخطيط والنصوص والمكونات والهوية الظاهرة، ولا يلزم إظهار اسم حنين ويب في واجهة المشروع النهائي. احتفظ بملف الترخيص وإشعارات الأطراف الثالثة في نسخ المصدر المسلّمة للفريق أو العميل. تبقى حقوق المواد الأصلية لأصحابها؛ الشراء لا ينقل ملكية القالب نفسه.

5. منع إعادة التوزيع
لا يجوز إعادة بيع القالب أو توزيعه مجانًا أو رفع مصدره للعامة أو إعادة ترخيصه، سواء بصورته الأصلية أو بعد تعديله، ولا تقديم نسخة مكافئة منه كقالب أو مكتبة مكونات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام. لا يجوز إدراجه كمنتج في متجر قوالب منافس أو أداة تتيح للمستخدمين استخراج القالب. يُسمح بتقديم ملفات المتصفح اللازمة لتشغيل مشروعك المرخّص. لا تنطبق هذه القيود على أعمالك المستقلة التي لا تعيد توزيع مواد القالب.

6. نطاق المنتج والخدمة
المنتج قالب HTML وCSS وJavaScript مع تفاعلات محلية توضيحية. لا يتضمن خادمًا فعليًا أو حسابات آمنة أو معالجة دفع أو إرسال بريد أو صلاحيات مفروضة من الخادم أو استضافة ملفات. لا يشمل السعر التركيب أو التطوير الخاص أو الربط أو أوقات استجابة مضمونة. يمكن التواصل مع حنين ويب عبر كودليكسا بخصوص مشكلات ملفات المنتج. لا يُوعد باستضافة أو اشتراك أو تحديثات مستقبلية غير محدودة أو توافق مع كل متصفح وإطار عمل. يظل استخدام الإصدار المشترى متاحًا دون انتهاء مدة ما دمت ملتزمًا بالترخيص.

7. المواد الخارجية والحقوق الإلزامية
تحتفظ الخطوط المرفقة بتراخيص SIL Open Font License المستقلة الموجودة في docs/licenses ومجلد تراخيص الخطوط داخل المصدر. تحكم تلك التراخيص استخدام الخطوط ولا يقيّد هذا الترخيص الحقوق التي تمنحها. راجع THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. تبقى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية وشروط الشراء والاسترداد المنشورة في المتجر سارية، ولا يستبعد أي بند التزامًا قانونيًا لا يجوز استبعاده.

8. إثبات الشراء والالتزام
احتفظ بتأكيد الطلب لإثبات الترخيص. عند اكتشاف توزيع غير مسموح أو استخدام يتجاوز المشروع المرخّص، أوقف ذلك الاستخدام وتواصل مع حنين ويب لتصحيحه. تحتاج المشاريع الإضافية إلى تراخيص مستقلة. يخص هذا الترخيص HaneenWeb، ولا يغيّر ترخيص حنين أوربت المجاني.
